This is a pharmaceutical ad for the fictional drug Risaphen. Taking a humorous direction, the design is based on the charisma stat from the tabletop game Dungeons & Dragons. The central illustration depicts a typically dirty and unkempt monster as a sophisticated, charming character promoting the effects of Risaphen.
